Yesterday was a very long and emotional day.
Skat Man lived his life to the absolute max. He lived every day like it was his last. I knew him as the amazing super rad surfer dude and genuinely one of the nicest guys I’ve ever known :)
Yesterday, was the day that Skat Mans ‘paddle out’ was organized. The plan was for anyone who wanted to could meet up, paddle out to Cross Rock and to scatter his ashes.
This picture is just off Summerleaze Beach in Bude, outside where the lab where I work (working a minutes walk from the beach is ace :3)
All those people? They all paddled out on their boards for Skat Man, and then they all got into a circle, then the boat came into the circle to drop off the ashes.
Apparently, one guy had the ashes, and literally just shouted “SKAT MAAAAAN” and threw them, so a few of the guys got a face full of Skat ;)
Back where we were on the beach all we heard was everyone in the circle cheer and put their arms up in the air.
It was one of the most amazing things I’ve ever witnessed. I knew I missed him but oh my god after yesterday, this picture will never leave my heart.

The weather is shit so my bands gig has been called off which is exactly what I wanted to happen :3
I have a day of food and chilled out time ahead of me now :)

I think alot of people close to me would lose a lot of respect for me if they knew just how much I drank, smoked, and dabbled in drugs.
What can I say? Nothing really.
But it’s my life. Don’t you fucking forget.

Karmas a bitch, right?
I found out something yesterday about a girl who this time last year was basically one of my best friends, but hell she’s ignored me for the past 6 months so whatever.
Basically, from the moment we met I knew what Uni she was set on going to, and had no doubt in my mind that she’d get in hands down!
I found out yesterday that she didn’t get in.
I genuinely don’t know if I should feel bad or just laugh and move on and live my own life? Because I finally know what I have to do to get into Uni, for the first time in my life I’m looking at my coursework and not freaking out :’)
